Spring Outing:  North Berwick Golf Club, Berwick, on Sun 25th Mar 2012

                            Cost for golf, and food before and after is £50.

                            Full costs are £73, the Club is paying the difference!

                            The tee is booked from 12.06 pm

 Summer Outing: Muirfield, on Thursday 5th July 2012

                            Cost for golf and soup and sandwiches after will be £73,

                            might be subsidised by the Club. But remember that

                            the day rate for golf is £190.  Tee is booked from 4.30pm

Autumn Outing:    Gullane, on Sun 9th September 2012. 

                              The tee is booked from 9.36 am, coffee and roll before.

                              Meal afterwards. Cost for golf and all food is £40, 

                              subsidized again by the Club!

Dispatch Trophy:   Braids as from Sat 19th May, for our Scratch team.

                              All will be paid for!

Match v. Schoolboys: Murrayfield Golf Club, the date and details still 

                             to be confirmed.        8 man team to be mustered.

Gilbert Archer: greensomes match with M.E.S. against Watsonians, to be

                             held at Prestonfield  on Monday 2nd July. Meet for coffee

                             at 4.00pm, tee to be booked from 4.30pm. Meal afterwards.

                             Cost approx £35.

Rabbit's Outing: Details yet to be confirmed

                            Cost dependant on Glen/Ratho members attending.

Edinburgh Cup: Duddingston GC on Sunday 26th August? Stableford team

                           competition, with 5 best cards from 6 counting. Golf, coffee

                           and meal after.    Tee still to be booked 

Match v Glasgow: To be held in Glasgow in September.

                          6 or perhaps  8 man team playing 4 ball better ball for the

                          Mythical Trophy. Tee off approx 2.00pm 

The Grand Match: 4-man teams from London, Aberdeen, Glasgow, and

                          Edinburgh will compete at Ratho GC on 21st September.

Queen Elizabeth Coronation Tournament: Royal Burgess GC, in 

                           September. 6 man scratch team required..    

Weekend Retreat: Captain is considering the 2012 venue.
